I have been programming since I was 15. I was never a great programmer, but then again I was self taught. My real passion was being by own boss. Software design got me there. I design it, then I would hire the best to make it scream. Over the last 30 years I have owned several businesses. Some successful, some not. I never looked at a business failure as “Failure” just a learning experience. I have helped many startup companies through tough times and hard business decisions and was there for them during the good times. I’ve always been there for my friends and business friends to help anyway I can, and never expected anything in return other than a thank you. I believe in paying it forward. I spent 11 years taking a small software company with customers in 3 states and growing into 43 states. I am very proud of what we had accomplished with such little resources. Hard work, long hours and dedication always pays off in the end. I met so many great business owners along the way, and our software proved to be a great asset and tool running their retail stores. I was glad to help and be there for them. Now Tony Iaguessa helps IT pros find their dream job. It’s exciting and rewarding. I can’t think of anything else I would rather be doing.
